Benjamin pellet guns have been around since I was a kid and they were always desirable and had a reputation as one of the best air guns. I never had a Benjamin when I was a kid. I did however have a Crosman 760 and shot many birds with it in NJ. It was great.
Benjamin is now owned by Crosman and are made in the USA.

Marauder with wood stock. Very nice pellet gun!!!
The Benjamin 397 is a step below the Marauder but still a very nice pellet gun for target shooting or small game hunting. The 397 is a pump action as opposed to the PCP system. A lever or pump is actuated to charge the gun with compressed air. It features a nice wood stock and a good sized pump handle to provide good leverage.
The 397 shoots .177 pellets up to 800 fps which is adequate for most small game hunting and target shooting up 50 yards or so. It is capable of 1/2″ groups at 33 feet. It’s a single shot bolt action design. It received 4 stars out of 5 stars from customers.
Here is the pump lever extended. It is long enough to enable just about anyone to be able to pump it up. The wood stock and forearm are classic. This is a well built rifle and will last many years with regular maintenance.
The Benjamin HB22 is a very popular pellet pistol and features a variable pump design and a bolt action. It’s a .22 caliber pistol with plenty of punch. The muzzle velocity is 460 fps with a .22 caliber pellet. It has adjustable sights and is very accurate. The barrel is precision rifled brass.
