One of the most tedious and frustrating things about a new gun is sighting it in. You have to take it to the range and post the target real close so you can see where your new gun is shooting. Then adjust your sights or scope after each shooting session. It can take a long time.
There is an easier way to sight-in your gun and it takes much less time. Use a laser boresight.
A laser boresight slides into the end of the barrel or into the chamber and shines a laser light beam through your bore. You hold the gun and point it at a wall and see where the red laser dot is, then look through your sights. Adjust your sights until they are right on the red laser dot. This is a quick and easy way to get your sights on target or close. You still need to go to the range and shoot it because you will need to sight it in for 50 yards or 100 or whatever. The laser boresight gets your gun on paper so your sight-in process is quicker.
